Cancellation Policy & Registration Details
REGISTRATION FOR THE 2011 SYMPOSIUM OPENS 10/01/2010!
Sign-ups require a minimum $100 deposit or full payment. If paying with a deposit, the balance must be paid in full by January 26th 2010. Due to the nature of the event, no refunds will be given after December 26th 2009. Until December 26th, cancellations will be given a full refund, less a $25 admin. fee. The event will run regardless of weather conditions unless it becomes dangerous to continue. If we cancel a day due to unsafe conditions, we will replace with a reasonable alternative. Participants under 18 require parental permission and signatures – contact us for those forms.
